Betta Jellyfish

I haven't posted or even worked on a real "fullbody" picture in a long, long time and I thought it was overdue =w= I spent something like a million hours doing this, but I learned SO MUCH along the way! <3

The story is something like... a betta fish asked a witch to transform her into a jellyfish, but the spell went wrong! So she dons a jellyfish dress and swims the seas~
